The Langley family created the Langley Foundation in 2013 in recognition of the help and support they received when, one week on from Rocky and Cherie\u2019s wedding day, Rocky was diagnosed with stage four lymphoma and taken into the Royal Marsden Hospital.\u00a0 The cancer was rapid, aggressive and there was no time for planning or weighing up options, it was simply a case of coping whilst Rocky fought and recovered from this terrible disease.<\/h3>\n
We are delighted that Rocky continues to do well and the memories of that difficult time are part of a distant past.\u00a0 However, the impact the experience had on the family lingers even now, and the work of the Langley Foundation continues to be attentive and committed to its chosen causes.<\/h3>\n

It is now 10 years since the launch of Langley Foundation and many families have been supported by the Charity over those years. After a period of consultation post Covid, the Langley Foundation will now also be supporting autism and ADHD as a priority for their grant giving in acknowledgement of the government\u2019s gross under-investment and subsequent NHS waiting lists for diagnoses and wrap-around care, in our area.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
